SWTING TADU

This photo is of mighty bear slayer Late#Ligang_Tadu who
was later nicknamed "#Swting_Tadu" (Swting=bear in Apatani). This brave man was attacked by a giant bear in jungle leading to disfigurement of his face. He fought back using only a knife he possessed and slayed that giant bear inspite of his face was almost torn apart.
This story of "Bear Slayer" was shared by Tage Grayu in WhatsApp group. Such bravery stories from past should be shared for our youngsters.....Apatani had a plenty of brave men and women in past.
